Product description
The artichoke is a perennial herb from the Asteraceae family, native to the Mediterranean region. It can grow up to 1.5 meters tall and has fleshy, stiff leaves with a lanceolate shape and spiny edges. The artichoke’s flowers are gathered in large, basket-shaped inflorescences with a violet-blue colour. The edible part of the artichoke is the bottom of the flower head and the lower part of the scales.
Dried artichoke flowers can be used as a decoration on their own or incorporated into arrangements with other dried and preserved plants.

Conditions of use
Dried plants do not require any special care, however, in order to keep their colour and shape for as long as possible, follow these recommendations:
