Poppy (Papaver) is a plant genus native to Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. While most commonly associated with red, poppies come in white, yellow, orange, pink, and even blue! Unfortunately, these delicate flowers are too fragile to dry or preserve without damaging their shape. However, the dried seed pods, called poppy heads, can be easily stored.
