The flat rate for shipping to Poland is 20 PLN excluding VAT for each order.

Free Delivery applies to all orders over 600 PLN excluding VAT in Poland.

The flat rate for shipping in Europe is €35 for each order.

Free Delivery applies to all orders over € 350 in Europe.

All islands and areas outside the European mainland are excluded from the offer.


In Poland, all orders placed before 12:00 are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 are processed the following day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time in Europe takes an average of 2 to 5 days.

We draw the attention of our customers to certain special features that may result in longer delivery times: hard-to-reach areas, remote areas, meteorological complications, peak sales periods…

No complaints regarding delivery times will be accepted.


Deliveries are made via courier companies DPD (parcels), GEIS/RABEN (pallets).

It is not possible to order a parcel to a parcel machine.

If you choose Personal Collection, you can collect your goods by contacting our office first. We can also work with your transport company and hand over your products to them with proof of delivery.

In each case, the delivery ends at the door of the building. The driver does not deliver inside or upstairs. You must be able to collect your products. If you notice any irregularities (torn foil, damaged box), please note this on the delivery note with the courier so that a complaint can be made.

In any case, do not hesitate to unpack the package before taking delivery.

Our office only deals with complaints reported on the delivery note.

In the event of your absence or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the carrier can post your parcel at the collection point. You will be informed of this by email or SMS. You will then have 7 calendar days to collect the parcel before it is returned to the sender.

In the event of non-delivery, handling charges of up to 20% will be deducted from the customer’s responsibility for the return of returned products, with a minimum charge of 50 PLN for delivery in Poland and € 45 for delivery in Europe.

Customer service

All complaints can be made directly to our office at  No complaint will be considered after 5 days from the date of delivery. If these irregularities are due to transport, written objections must be made on the carrier’s delivery note.

Shipping for companies only

In the online shop we carry out wholesale sales for B2B customers only. Retail customers in Poland are welcome to buy from our auctions on the Allegro website. We do not conduct retail sales for customers from Europe.
