Rosemary is an aromatic shrub belonging to the mint family. Originally from the Mediterranean, it’s been prized for centuries for its medicinal and culinary uses. Rosemary can grow up to 2 meters tall and has stiff, needle-like leaves with a dark green colour and a distinctive scent. The flowers are small, blue or purple, and bloom in summer.
Stabilization preserves the leaves’ flexibility and keeps the natural rosemary scent strong for a long time. This preserved rosemary brings a Mediterranean atmosphere to any arrangement.
